Changing Lives, One Person at a Time
“I love helping my patients achieve their best oral health and most wonderful smiles. I’m passionate about preventive dentistry, so people can keep their smiles healthy. I’m also passionate about patient education. It’s essential that people understand the role oral health plays in overall wellness. I want patients to understand that connection, as well as what they can do in order to keep their mouth and body healthy. An educated patient is an empowered patient.
“I enjoy working with patients of all ages. Caring for children during their first visit is always exciting. I love helping them learn that a visit to the dentist is an enjoyable experience. I encourage younger patients’ enthusiasm and desire for independence, and teach them the best dental habits. Just as much, I enjoy working with older patients, to help them achieve their dental health and smile goals. Restoring a person’s dental function and giving them a smile they love is particularly rewarding. I also like working with patients who are medically compromised or elderly: they deserve the best care, too!”

Education and Continuing Education
I graduated from Gaithersburg High School, in Gaithersburg. Then I obtained my bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from the University of Maryland. From there, I completed a master’s in the same field at Towson University.
My Doctorate of Dental Surgery was awarded by the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dentistry. Following my graduation, I moved to Pennsylvania, where I completed a general practice dental residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Lebanon.
I am committed to providing the highest level of care to my patients. I complete many continuing education courses every year in order to stay current with research, techniques, and medical updates.
In Our Community
I’ve volunteered at the Mission of Mercy in Maryland and Pennsylvania. This organization provides free dental care to those who cannot otherwise afford it. I was also a volunteer dentist at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, to provide dental care to our veterans. I also served on a mission trip to Guatemala, where I provided dental treatment to children at Mi Refugio.
I love traveling. I’ve backpacked through Europe, driven down the Pacific Coast Highway, and plan on going to Peru. I stay fit through dancing, running, biking, and walking my dog, Diego. I also enjoy time with my church family at Church of the Redeemer, where I serve as an usher.
